Therapy for Women

Available In-Person in Ripon, CA, and Online for Clients Across California

Does this sound familiar?

You’re doing your best to keep everything together, but inside, you feel exhausted. You may look like you “have it all” while quietly wondering how much longer you can keep going.

Maybe you’re constantly worrying about what other people think or whether you’ve done something wrong. Maybe you’re overwhelmed by work, parenting, relationships, or the expectations you’ve placed on yourself. You may be experiencing burnout, chronic stress, anxiety, depression, or emotional exhaustion, and you're finding it harder to enjoy the life you’ve worked so hard to create.

Perhaps you feel disconnected from your partner, struggle to set boundaries, or keep falling into patterns that leave you feeling stuck. You may be navigating divorce, motherhood, menopause or other hormonal changes, health concerns, career transitions, grief, or past experiences that continue to affect your life today.

You don't have to wait until everything falls apart to ask for help. Therapy can give you a place to slow down, understand what’s happening beneath the surface, and begin making changes that support a healthier, more fulfilling life.

Therapy for the Woman Behind the To-Do List

Women often become so accustomed to taking care of everyone else that their own needs move to the bottom of the list. Over time, constant responsibility and pressure can take a toll.

Burnout isn't always obvious. You may not feel completely exhausted every day. Instead, you might notice that you're more irritable, emotionally drained, disconnected, unmotivated, or overwhelmed by things that once felt manageable. You may have trouble resting without feeling guilty or find yourself thinking, “I should be able to handle this.”

Therapy provides a place to step out of the constant doing and take an honest look at what you need. Together, we can explore the sources of your stress, identify patterns that may be contributing to burnout, strengthen boundaries, and develop healthier ways to respond to the demands of your life.

One of my greatest passions is coming alongside women as they navigate the hurts, fears, disappointments, and challenges that life brings. Therapy gives you a place to slow down, feel understood, and make sense of what you’re experiencing so you can move toward greater clarity, confidence, and connection.

I don’t see myself as someone who has life all figured out. I’ve made mistakes, struggled with old patterns, and learned that growth often requires both honesty and grace. My role is to walk alongside you with compassion and curiosity as we explore what’s keeping you stuck and work toward meaningful, lasting change.

I strive to create a safe, welcoming space where you can be honest about what you’re feeling without fear of judgment. You don’t have to know exactly where to begin. Bring your story, your questions, and even the parts of yourself you may not fully understand yet. We’ll take it one step at a time, together.

We’re In This Together

What Can We Work On Together?

Women come to therapy for many different reasons. You may be struggling with one specific concern, or several areas of your life may feel overwhelming at once.

I work with women navigating:

  • Burnout and chronic stress — feeling emotionally or physically depleted, overwhelmed, or unable to keep up with the demands of life

  • Anxiety and depression — persistent worry, sadness, irritability, low motivation, negative thought patterns, or feeling unlike yourself

  • Life transitions — changes in career, relationships, motherhood, health, family, or other major seasons of life

  • Relationships — communication difficulties, conflict, disconnection, boundaries, and recurring relationship patterns

  • Self-worth and confidence — self-doubt, people-pleasing, perfectionism, difficulty trusting yourself, or feeling like you're never enough

  • Parenting and family challenges — navigating the emotional demands of parenting while trying to care for yourself

  • Divorce, grief, and loss — processing significant changes and finding your footing again

  • Women's health and hormonal changes — emotional challenges associated with menopause, hormonal changes, and other health transitions

  • Past experiences and trauma — understanding how difficult experiences may continue to affect your thoughts, emotions, relationships, or sense of self

  • Personal growth — feeling stuck, uncertain about what you want, or ready to make meaningful changes in your life

You don't need to have a diagnosis or know exactly what's wrong to begin therapy. Sometimes you simply know that the way you're living isn't working anymore and you're ready for something to change.

You’re worth the investment

You've worked hard to build the life you have. Maybe from the outside, things look fine, but inside you know you're tired of simply getting through the day.

You don't have to wait for a crisis before you make yourself a priority. Therapy can be a place to pause, take inventory of what you need, and begin creating a life that feels more balanced, meaningful, and fulfilling.
